You have an existing business, product or meaningful project you're actively working on.
You can spend 2–4 weeks working from another country without stepping away from your responsibilities.
You enjoy meeting people outside your normal industry, geography and network.
You're comfortable sharing a home, respecting boundaries and contributing to the atmosphere around you.
You're not booking a room. You're joining a cohort.
Respect privacy. Private rooms are private. Give people space when they need it.
Respect working hours. Keep noise and interruptions considerate.
No unregistered guests. The people accepted into the residency are the people staying in the house.
Keep shared spaces clean. Everyone helps keep common areas comfortable.
Respect boundaries. No harassment, discrimination, unwanted advances or behaviour that makes another resident uncomfortable.
Responsible socialising. Dinners and drinks can be part of the experience, but nobody should feel pressured to participate.
Resolve issues early. Concerns can be raised privately with the residency host.
Safety first. Accommodation, emergency contacts and local support information are shared before arrival.
The house is a place to live and work together — not a party house.
Our founders will come from different countries and backgrounds, so English will be used for group communication, founder dinners and shared activities.
This isn't an English test. You don't need perfect grammar or a particular accent. You simply need to be comfortable communicating and participating in conversations.

Our Bali residency brings a small group of international founders together under one roof to live, work, connect and reset.

Our first destination is Bali.
We are looking for the right private home — with comfortable rooms, reliable connectivity, workspace and easy access to the best of Bali.
50% deposit: Your place is secured once the 50% booking amount is paid. Participant bookings are non-refundable.
Final 50%: The remaining balance must be paid in full before arrival.
Participant cancellation: Amounts already paid are non-refundable. Travel insurance is recommended.
House-rule violations: If a participant is removed for seriously or repeatedly violating the house rules, no refund is provided, including for any unused portion.
If we cancel: If Founders Residency cancels before arrival, all payments made directly to Founders Residency for that residency will be fully refunded. Where possible, we may offer alternative dates, but participants are not required to accept a rescheduled residency instead of a refund.
Changes: If a material change to the destination or dates significantly affects the residency, participants may choose between transferring to the revised residency or receiving a full refund of payments made directly to Founders Residency.
Flights, visas, travel insurance and independently booked costs are not covered by these refunds. Final terms will be subject to applicable laws in the relevant jurisdiction.
Neither. Work remains central. The residency changes your environment while giving you community and destination experiences around it.
A curated group of founders. Applications are reviewed before acceptance and the cohort is intentionally kept small.
The intended model is private bedrooms within a shared villa or similar property, subject to the final accommodation.
Bali. The exact house and dates will be shared with selected applicants once the residency is confirmed.
Pricing will depend on the final house, dates and duration. We’ll share the details before any commitment is required.
Participant bookings are non-refundable. The booking structure is 50% at confirmation and 50% before arrival.
Payments made directly to Founders Residency will be fully refunded if we cancel before arrival, subject to the terms above.
Applications, cohort review, participant visibility, private rooms, house rules, local support and emergency procedures are intended to form the foundation of every residency.
